What happens to my booked seat type with TUI fly when my booking is changed or cancelled?

When TUI fly makes a change, we try to convert the booked seat type to an equivalent seat type on the new flight or in the new seating category. If this is not possible, TUI will refund the amount paid. You can then book a new seat type yourself. 

If you change your flight yourself, you book and pay for a new booked seat type yourself. In the event of a cancellation, you cannot claim a refund of the booked seat type.
